A UL-Certified 1MW Natural Gas Generator Set

Perkins Power (Weifang) Co., Ltd. has recently launched a UL-certified 1MW natural gas generator set, which is set to bring new impetus to the energy solution market with its compact design and efficient performance.

This 1MW natural gas generator set is composed of 4 x 300kW Cummins units operating in parallel, and the whole set is integrated within a 40-foot standard container. While ensuring power output, it greatly improves space utilization, facilitating transportation, installation and deployment.

In terms of core configurations, the generator set is equipped with a horizontal radiator and mufflers. Both are made of stainless steel, which not only have excellent corrosion resistance and durability, but also are uniformly mounted on the top, optimizing the overall structural layout. In addition, key components such as elbow pipes in the system are all custom-designed and welded by the company's in-house engineers, ensuring the stability and adaptability of the equipment's operation. To further enhance heat dissipation efficiency, a 30cm spacing is reserved between each unit inside the generator set, effectively avoiding the impact of heat accumulation on operational performance.
